Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include the return form before shipping the package back to our designated distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
